Post Draft Roster
Exception Rule
If a team loses a player to injury for
six weeks ( which is half of season ) or longer, then that owner can pick-up a replacement player without a transaction fee
being charged with the restriction that the replacement player be one who plays at the same position as the injured player.
If a team cuts a player before the start of the season they may also pick –up a replacement player at the same position.
Salary Cap
The league uses a salary cap. The cap is
$75.00 per team for the year. So no team can spend more than the cap limit in a season for transactions, trades, bids and
roster moves.
Spend Wisely!
Starting Line-Ups
Weekly Starting Line-Ups must be in to
the Commissioner by 12:30 pm Sunday.
The Commissioner will send Starting Line-Ups
to the teams playing each other that day and will do his best to get them up on the website before kick-off, but matchups
will be available for viewing on Sunday.
If teams choose to email their starting
line-up to their opponents that would be pretty friggin cool too!
Any team that does not meet this deadline
of 12:30 pm Sunday will start the last line-up submitted to the Commissioner.
Transactions
–Claiming Players –Bids-Roster Moves
Transaction can be made weekly from Tuesday
morning till Thursday 11:59 pm
When a player is claimed by more than one
team in the same week, and none of the claiming teams have low man status, all of the teams who have made claims will then
be given the chance to bid for the player.
If the Commissioner has claimed a player
claimed by another team(s) he will send his bid to two neutral teams.
All waiver wire transactions must be submitted
by 11:59 pm Thursday evenings, on weeks when there is a Thursday game played the deadline for transaction will move to Wednesday.
Teams will be notified of their completed transactions on Friday evenings
If a team wants to claim a player who is
playing in a Thursday night game, they must email the claim to the Commish before the opening kickoff! If there is more than
one claim made on a player, the player will be awarded to the team with the lower total score from the previous week. There is no bidding for any players on Thursday
because owners may want to start a player that night!
There is a $1.00 fee for waiver wire transactions
The Waiver Wire will be suspended after
week
13.
Wavier Priority-Low
Man
Wavier priority will be given to the team
that scores the least total amount of points in the prior week’s match up. For a team to be eligible for low man status
in any week they will have had to start a line-up of active players*
Players who are
on bye week or have been ruled out prior to kick off are not considered as active.
The low man will only be given priority
on their first waiver wire acquisition of the week. All other waiver wire transactions will be Subject to bids in the case
of duplicate claims.
Bids
All bids for players need to be submitted
by Saturday 1:00pm.
There is a $2.00 minimum bid for all players.
In the event a bid is not submitted prior
to the deadline the team that submits a bid will pay a $1.00 transaction fee for the player and the team that failed to submit
a bid will also pay a $1.00 transaction fee.
In the event that more than two teams have
committed to a player bid then the team(s) who fail(s) to submit a bid will pay a $2.00 transaction fee ,that will be subtracted
from the winning bid, In the circumstance that only one team submits a bid, that team will pay a minimum transaction fee of
$ 1.00 for the player.
In the event of identical bids the teams
with the same bid amount will re-bid for the player.
Teams who lose bids will be allowed to
claim players that haven’t been claimed off the waiver wire as of the close of business on Thursday. They can only claim
for the same position they lost out from.
Trades
There are no restrictions placed on the
amount of players or player positions included in a trade.
All trades are subject to approval of the
Commissioner.
Trades can be made from Tuesdays till Saturday
6:00 pm.
All players involved in trades made before
the close of weekly transaction and that have received approval by the Commissioner will be eligible to be started in league
play.
In the event that a trade is made later
then the close of business on Saturday 6:00 pm and receives approval from the Commissioner, then the players involved in the
trade are not eligible for game play and cannot be started till the following week.
There is a $2.00 transaction fee per team
per trade.
Trades are suspended after week nine
Ties
If two teams are tied at the end of head
to head game play, a tie breaker will be used to determine the winner.
The first tie breaker will be most total
points scored by an individual player started for that week by each team.
If teams are still tied after the first
tie breaker, than the second tie breaker used will be the second highest points scored by an individual player started by
the teams.
If the second tie breaker doesn’t
declare a winner both team owners will break the tie using a round robin spelling bee of mathematical terms until there is
a winner.
If there is a tie between teams for a playoff
berth at the end of the regular season then the tie will be broken by the head to head regular season record between the two
teams, if teams are still tied then the tie breaker used to break the tie will be total divisional wins, If teams are still
tied the tie will be broken by total team points scored in the regular season.
The Powers of
the League Commissioner
The role of Commissioner is an honorary
office and as such has no compensation or privileges attached to it.
It is the duty of the League Commissioner
to ensure a competitively fun playing environment for team owners to enjoy participating in Fantasy Football fairly.
To achieve this aim the Commissioner is
granted broad discretionary oversight powers in all matters of league business including but not limited to: line-up issues,
transactions, trades, bids, roster moves, salary cap issues, web page issues, bylaw rulings, the draft and all league monies.
At any time he feels that an issue requires
a majority vote, the Commissioner can call for a league vote on any matter concerning the league. This does not imply that a team is entitled to a league vote on any matter on which they disagree with the Commissioner’s
decision.
For a league vote to be official sixty
percent of the leagues ownership must cast a vote yea or nay on the issue before 8 pm Saturday night.
If a quorum of not less than 6 teams can
be reached then the vote is not official and the Commissioners original ruling stands and will be considered final.
